So it's that special day that you have been waiting for. It's a perfect day, the weather is nice, everyone is having a good time, and you the bride and your groom are enjoying your special day together, because you don't have to worry about what is supposed to happen next. Why you ask, cause we here at Sound Waves DJ/Karaoke service are here to do that for you.

We have done countless weddings of all sizes and formalities. We do traditional or custom receptions, it doesn't matter to us, what does is that you and your guests enjoy the reception. All the music is tailored just for you, you don't want to hear the Macarena for the billionth time, then just say so, that's our job, to play music for you and your guests.

As a Wedding Host/Coordinator we do everything for you. We let you know when it's time to enter the facility, cut the cake, have your special dances. Or you can plan them out in advance, we don't make it difficult, it shouldn't be.

1. First of all we meet with you one on one. It's a great feeling out process, we can hear what kind of Reception you are envisioning, and we can let you know how we can pull off what you are envisioning.

2. Second we go over the music. Everything from the Cocktail Hour, to the Dinner Music, to the eventual Dancing we go over. We don't talk songs as much as we talk the kinds of music, that way we can use our knowledge to help you.

3. Next we come up with a map of the night. Here we figure out what kind of reception you really want. There is so many combinations, I really can't list them all here, but rest assured there is no wrong way of doing a reception, only bad execution.

4. Lastly we go over fine details of what equipment we believe will be best suited for your reception, that way we can make sure we have the right equipment for the job.

Everything you want is written down on a special form that you fill out, so every wedding is tailored to your taste, right down to my attire.

Dear Randy & Angela, Just a follow up note after Christy & Justin’s wedding.  Thank you so much for a terrific job. Tom & I have received so many compliments on your music. They loved all the music and they were delighted that the volume was reasonable. So many times I have heard “that was the best DJ I’ve ever heard”. Tom & I agree. You two were great! Please don’t be upset about the crackling microphone during Tom’s speech. I think he held the mike too close to his face. I left you a telephone message, but I think this e-mail is better. Thanks again for being part of a fabulous wedding.
